وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ ‏"‏ الثَّيِّبُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ يَسْتَأْذِنُهَا أَبُوهَا فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ ‏"‏ وَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏
