Wathilah bin Al-Asqa' narrated that the Messenger of Allah(S.A.W) said: "The woman collects three inheritance: Whomever she freed, whomever she found, and the child for which she made Li'an."

Wathilah bin Al-Asqa' narrated that the Messenger of Allah(S.A.W) said: "The woman collects three inheritance: Whomever she freed, whomever she found, and the child for which she made Li'an."

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ أَبُو مُوسَى الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَبِي بُسْرٍ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الأَسْقَعِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلاَثَةَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لاَعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ يُعْرَفُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ‏.‏
