حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الْجَارِ أَوِ الأَرْضِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
