\nوعن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده رضى الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏"‏لا يحل لرجل أن يفرق بين اثنين إلا بإذنهما‏"‏ ‏‏.‏ ‏‏وفى رواية لأبى داود‏:‏ ‏"‏لا يجلس بين رجلين إلا بإذنهما‏"‏‏‏‏.‏
