\nNarrated Ibn `Abbas:\n \n\nA man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I have enlisted in the army for such-andsuch \nGhazwa, and my wife is leaving for Hajj." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Go back and perform Hajj with \nyour wife."\n

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي كُتِبْتُ فِي غَزْوَةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا، وَامْرَأَتِي حَاجَّةٌ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\n"‏ ارْجِعْ فَحُجَّ مَعَ امْرَأَتِكَ ‏"‏‏.‏
