\nحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، سَمِعَ الْبَرَاءَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ تَعَلَّمْتُ ‏{‏سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ‏}‏ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْدَمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏
