\nحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، رضى الله عنهما كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الإِيلاَءِ الَّذِي سَمَّى اللَّهُ لاَ يَحِلُّ لأَحَدٍ بَعْدَ الأَجَلِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يُمْسِكَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ، أَوْ يَعْزِمَ بِالطَّلاَقِ، كَمَا أَمَرَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ‏.‏
