حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ عَنْ إِيلاَءِ الْعَبْدِ، فَقَالَ هُوَ نَحْوُ إِيلاَءِ الْحُرِّ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ وَاجِبٌ وَإِيلاَءُ الْعَبْدِ شَهْرَانِ ‏.‏
